We are a vendor of microscopic supplies. Our mushroom spores are strictly for microscopic research purposes only. Any mention of cultivation of any sort with our product, will result in no longer being able to purchase from us.
The mushroom spores we sell are in a 10cc luer lock tip syringe. We also provide you with an 18 gauge luer lock needle. You simply unscrew the luer lock cap off the end of the syringe and then tread on the luer lock needle.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order will be shipped by UPS Ground Shipping (1-3) business days. A tracking number will be sent via email so you can easily track your package.
Yes it is perfectly normal. Mushroom spores like to clump together. So before you start your research, vigorously shake the syringe to evenly distribute the spores through out your sample. Keep in mind there are thousands of mushroom spores in the syringe and most are not visible with the human eye.
We primarily use white mailer BOXES for UPS to ship your order securely, so 99.99% of the time this is not an issue, but if your spores are ever damaged during shipping, please email us at info@hiddenforestsporestore.com and a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the picture is clear to see any damage. We will send you a replacement syringe within 24 hours.
We want you to be happy with your ordered products, if you make a mistake with your conducted research or are unhappy with your research, please email us and we will discuss a special discount on a replacement.
